Where We Ship

Hyenjoyia ships to addresses within the contiguous United States. For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or international destinations, please contact us at support@hyenjoyia.com before placing your order to discuss availability and rates.

Where Orders Ship From

All Hyenjoyia orders are fulfilled from our US warehouse.

Processing Time

In-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Transit Time

Standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States typically takes 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your delivery address. Total delivery time is processing time plus transit time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to follow your delivery through the carrier's tracking portal.

Damaged or Lost Deliveries

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your tower arrives damaged or you believe your order has been lost in transit, contact us at support@hyenjoyia.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and clear photos or video of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Order Changes Before Dispatch

If you need to change your delivery address or cancel your order, contact us at support@hyenjoyia.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before your order is dispatched. Once an order has shipped, address changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
