24 vs 40 Plants: Which Hyenjoyia Tower Should You Choose?

24 vs 40 Plants: Which Hyenjoyia Tower Should You Choose?

Two towers. Twenty-four plants or forty. Six tiers or eight. If you are trying to decide which Hyenjoyia hydroponic tower is right for your home, this guide covers the differences that actually matter.

The Short Answer

Choose the 24-Plant Tower if you want a compact, lower-maintenance indoor garden for everyday herbs and leafy greens. Choose the 40-Plant Tower if you want more growing capacity, a fuller crop mix or enough fresh food to supply a larger household.

Capacity and Tiers

The 24-Plant Tower has six growing tiers with 24 individual plant sites. The 40-Plant Tower has eight growing tiers with 40 plant sites. Both use the same tower body design, the same 35-litre reservoir and the same eight full-spectrum LED grow light tubes.

The extra two tiers on the 40-Plant Tower give you room for more variety — more herbs alongside leafy greens, or a mix of greens and fruiting crops — without requiring a significantly larger footprint.

Height

Both towers reach 155cm with the LED light tube attached. The difference in height between the two models is minimal. What changes is the number of tiers stacked between the reservoir and the top of the tower.

Price

The 24-Plant Tower starts from $649 for the Mechanical Timer version and $799 for the Smart Touchscreen version. The 40-Plant Tower starts from $799 for the Mechanical Timer version and $949 for the Smart Touchscreen version.

Controls

Both towers are available with the same two control options. The Mechanical Timer uses a 12V pump with a built-in timer you set manually. The Smart Touchscreen uses a 24V pump with a digital display for precise scheduling and cycle management.

Which Tower Is Right For You

The 24-Plant Tower suits kitchens, apartments and smaller households where a focused selection of herbs and greens covers most of what you reach for. Six tiers is enough for basil, mint, parsley, lettuce and a few extras, kept fresh and close to where you cook.

The 40-Plant Tower suits families, dedicated home growers and anyone who wants a more ambitious mix of crops. Eight tiers gives you space to grow herbs and greens alongside vegetables and fruiting plants like cherry tomatoes or strawberries, with enough of each to make a real difference to the weekly harvest.

What Comes In The Box

Both towers ship from our US warehouse with the tower body, growing tiers, 35-litre reservoir, automated water pump, eight full-spectrum LED grow light tubes, growing cups, a nutrient solution starter kit and full assembly instructions.

The Trade-Offs

The 24-Plant Tower is easier to set up, lighter to move and uses less nutrient solution per cycle. The 40-Plant Tower takes a little longer to assemble, uses more nutrient solution and requires slightly more attention to keep all forty sites growing well — but the reward is a fuller, more varied harvest.

Still Not Sure?

Start with the crop you most want to grow. If your list fits comfortably in 24 sites, the smaller tower will serve you well. If you find yourself wanting more variety or more volume from the start, the 40-Plant Tower is worth the investment.
